Automatic Notifications

You are notified automatically when:

  • An RFI is assigned to you.
  • Someone replies to an RFI you are involved in.
  • The status of an RFI you are involved in changes.
  • You are mentioned by name in a thread.
  • An RFI assigned to you is approaching its due date or becomes overdue.

Manual Reminders

To nudge a non-responsive party:

  1. Open the RFI.
  2. Click the Reminder icon (a bell).
  3. Compose a brief reminder and send it.
📌Note

Reminders are recorded in the RFI’s activity log along with their timestamp and sender, providing an auditable record that follow-up was attempted.
