AI Workflow and Project Assistance

Methvin AI also supports users inside the Agile workspace by helping them understand workflows, organise project information, and get guidance across connected Methvin applications.

Agile is used to manage project structure, documents, tasks, communication, and collaboration. The AI Assistant helps users work through these areas more easily by providing project-based guidance.

Accessing the AI Assistant in Agile

The AI Assistant can be accessed from within the Agile workspace.

1. Open your Agile workspace or project.
2. Click the AI Assistant or sparkle icon from the workspace interface.
3. The AI Assistant panel will open.
4. Type your question in the message box.
5. Click Send to submit your question.

The AI Assistant can help with project workflows, document organisation, task tracking, cross-module guidance, and general support.

• How can I prepare a summary of outstanding project actions?
• Where should I store revised drawings in the Agile workspace?
• How do I connect project documentation with correspondence?
