The Dashboard
Purpose
The Dashboard is the application’s home screen and provides a real-time snapshot of project communication, responsibilities, and performance metrics. It is designed so you can answer three questions in seconds: What needs my attention? What is at risk? How is the project trending?
Key Widgets

Awaiting Response / Due this week | Items you are waiting on from others. | Send a reminder by clicking the bell icon, if approaching the due date. |
RFIs by Status | Visual breakdown by status. | Use for quick reporting and stand-ups. |
Response Time Metrics | Average response times and trends. | Identify performance issues over time. |
