Common Issues
Symptom | Likely Cause | Resolution |

Cannot send an RFI | The required field is empty, usually Assigned To or Deadline. | Check that all required fields are populated. |
Not receiving notifications | Notification preferences disabled or email going to spam. | Check Settings → Notifications and your spam folder. |
Cannot download a file | File is restricted to in-app viewing only. | Open and view the file within the application. |
RFI cannot be reassigned | User does not have access to the project, or permission is restricted. | Contact the project administrator. |
Search returns no results | Term is too generic or filters are masking the result. | Clear active filters and use a more specific term. |
Reply appears in the wrong RFI | Reply was started from a notification preview. | Always confirm the RFI subject before sending a reply. |
